Policies

Note: Due to the handmade nature of some products, there may be some variation in color, texture, design or packaging between orders.  However, we strive to maintain as much consistency as reasonably possible.  If you have any questions regarding your order, drop a line at marleemaddock@gmail.com and we'll get back to you.

Delivery of your Order:

We promise to delevier our high-quality products to you in a safe and secure manner. We will deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order.

It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delay caused by strike (postal etc) or any Acts of God. During busy periods, i.e. Christmas, please allow for additional time for shipping.

Please ensure you give us a complete postal address - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete address.  Please ensure that there is someone at this address that can accept delivery - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered as there was nobody home.  The customer will be responsible for meeting any postal costs in this case.

Return Policy:

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellation.

Privacy:

We do NOT sell or pass on any of our customer's information, i.e. name, address, email address etc to any other parties. We don't care for spam ourselves and so will not send you endless emails about special offers or other information.  However, we do reverse the right to contact you regarding your order and, on occasion, may email you about our products.  If you do not wish to receive any promotional material (however rare) from us, please contact marleemaddock@gmail.com and will will remove your details from our mailing list.

Shipping Info

Most items are ready to ship.  Custom items will be made and sent out within a 2-4 week period however it may take longer or shorter depending on the the product ordered, the number of items ordered and the volume of orders being received.

Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

*IF YOU NEED AN ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE PURCHASING SO THAT WE CAN CONFIRM THAT IT IS DOABLE.
